I lived with anxiety, tension, extreme moodiness, irritability, hopelessness, sore breasts, bloating, cravings, cramps, and heavy bleeding. At one point, I truly believed being a woman was a curse.
But everything changed when I started learning how my body actually works—and how to support it.
